To Participate In The Energy Aggregation

TPES will need the following to begin preparation of your Electricity Procurement:

  1. An executed Letter of Authorization (see link to LOA below) so that we can begin gathering the electrical usage from the utility.
  2. A copy of the current electric sales agreement.
  3. A list of your active electrical accounts ESI ID’s and addresses.
  4. Any planned facilities that will be demolished, de-energized or in planning for determining adds and deletes to the agreement.

TPES will also need the following to begin preparation of your Natural Gas procurement, if required:

  1. An executed Letter of Authorization for gathering the natural gas usage from the local distribution company (LDC). TPES will provide the member with the appropriate LDC authorization.
  2. A copy of the current natural gas agreement.
  3. A list of your natural gas accounts and addresses.
  4. Any planned facilities that will be demolished, de-energized or in planning for determining adds and deletes to the agreement.
